Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to lead complex enterprise technical sales pursuits from discovery through close. This role blends solution architecture with cybersecurity, compliance, client advisory, and commercial acumen to craft winning proposals.

You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into practical architectures, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and partners to drive successful outcomes while identifying

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, cybersecurity, solution architecture, or related areas.
• Proven experience with solution architecture, client advisory, discovery, RFP/RFI, proposals, SOWs, and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and assurance solutions.
• Experience with ISO 27001/27002, SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI DSS, FedRAMP/FISMA, CMMC, GDPR/CCPA, and NIST.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, client workshops, executive briefings, solution validation, and technical presentations.
• Translate business, security, regulatory, and technology requirements into practical solution architectures.
• Drive pre-sales solution design, RFP/RFI responses, POCs, proposals, SOWs, estimates, and pricing.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, Finance, and technology partners to develop winning solutions.
• Manage scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and delivery considerations throughout the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support strategic account growth.
• Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities across cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, and assurance services.
• Contribute to thought leadership, solution offerings, workshops, and go-to-market initiatives.
