Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5 - 7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES technologies and protocols.
• Experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the technology business sector.
• Familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: qualify sales leads technically and understand customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls and educate customers on features and integration possibilities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in networking applications and Fortinet solutions.
• Post-sales: act as main technical contact and coordinate with support/engineering to resolve issues.
• Provide post-sales training and ongoing assistance to customers.
• Travel throughout the territory to support the business.
