Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technical/pre‑sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5–7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Deep understanding of networking technologies and encryption/authentication technologies.

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls.
• Act as the main technical contact for assigned accounts.
