Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive net-new pipeline and new logo growth across strategic enterprise accounts. This hunter role targets complex cybersecurity deals, building momentum from scratch and leading consultative sales cycles with senior technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will own full sales cycles, prospect quality opportunities, and collaborate across security, infrastructure, and IT leadership teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure security, or adjacent enterprise technology.
• Proven track record in net-new sales with measurable pipeline generation and logo acquisition.
• Background selling into enterprise or upper mid-market accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to engage CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and technical evaluators.
• Self-driven prospecting, meetings, and opportunity progression.

Responsabilités

• Own net-new business development across a defined territory.
• Build qualified enterprise pipeline and lead complex sales cycles from outreach to close.
• Sell to senior security, infrastructure, identity, and IT leadership teams.
• Navigate multi-thread opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move deals forward.
• Develop territory/account strategies prioritising net-new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Maintain strong qualification, forecast accuracy, and deal progression.
