You will work directly with customers, often on-site, shaping adoption frameworks, collaborating with Sales and Deployment, and delivering focused trainings aligned with client goals. A strong technical curiosity and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement and client management.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to translate outcomes to technical solutions.
