Job summary

Neara is transforming how utilities stress-test power grids with AI-enabled digital twins. The Customer Value Architect will partner with top customers to drive adoption, define value, validate outcomes, and expand Neara's platform usage across accounts.

This role requires strong technical curiosity, customer engagement, and the ability to translate Neara solutions into measurable ROI. You will work closely with Sales and Deployment to deliver value demonstrations, design focused trainings, and

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise account engagement and client management experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in software engineering or relevant technical background.
• Proven ability to translate customer value into ROI frameworks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders with credibility.
• Experience in programming, data integration, and automation.
• Experience in energy infrastructure is a plus.
