Connecteam is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager for its US-based, fully remote team. You will oversee Enterprise and Strategic customers, driving long-term retention, expansion, and advocacy across time zones.

This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach and deep SaaS/workforce management expertise. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to maximize product value, manage risk, and lead strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success/Account Management/Consulting role with B2B SaaS focus.
• Experience managing Enterprise/Strategic accounts (ACV $100K+) is required.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives (VP, C-Level).

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic success plans aligned with customers' objectives to ensure retention and growth.
• Engage with C-level executives and IT/operational leaders to drive adoption and advocacy.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and drive upsells/cross-sells.
