Job summary
CloudBees is seeking a Customer Success Manager for an East Coast portfolio. This fully remote role requires strong DevOps/CI/CD fluency and a strategic mindset to drive adoption and value realization across enterprise accounts.
You will orchestrate internal resources, lead executive reviews, and foster long-term customer health and expansion while aligning with business goals and platform adoption.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Client Account Management, or Strategic Account Management in enterprise SaaS or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, conducting EBRs, and driving adoption programs.
- High technical aptitude to converse with Engineering Leaders, DevOps Managers, and Enterprise Architects on software delivery challenges without being a hands-on developer.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Outcomes: define technical success, build adoption roadmaps, and track ROI.
- Executive Engagement: lead EBRs and align CloudBees capabilities with customer priorities.
- Relationship Mapping: cultivate Executive Sponsors and Champions across departments.
- Account Governance: maintain success plans, monitor health metrics, and mobilize internal resources.
- Strategic Discovery & Expansion: uncover growth opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
