Job summary

Connecteam, the leading platform for managing deskless teams, is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager in a fully remote US role. You will oversee Enterprise and Strategic accounts, drive retention and expansion, and partner with executives to realize value from our SaaS solution.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in B2B SaaS, experience with VP/C-level stakeholders, and a track record of digital transformation and adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Experience managing Enterprise/Strategic accounts (ACV $100K+).
• Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives (VP, C-Level).
• Track record of driving expansion within a customer portfolio.
• Expertise in digital transformation, change management, and complex adoption strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging customer data for decision-making.
• This role is fully remote; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Connecteam’s Enterprise and Strategic customers in the US.
• Develop and execute strategic success plans to ensure retention and growth.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, IT, and operations leaders.
• Partner with customers to maximize value from Connecteam’s platform.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsells.
• Leverage usage analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing for customer advocacy and case studies.
