Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a technically strong Support Engineer focused on a single strategic enterprise account. You will own their computer vision deployment, understand their workflows and edge infrastructure, and act as the regional representative of the platform.

You’ll run enablement sessions, build tailored guides, and help mature the customer’s CV operations while proactively improving processes and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Linux and networking experience.
• Scripting in Bash and Python required.
• Experience across CV/ML pipelines and edge devices.
• Hands-on with Jetson, Raspberry Pi, cameras, or similar.
• Ability to read logs and identify on-device bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise customer's CV deployment across your region.
• Build deep understanding of their infra, data, and workflows.
• Serve as trusted advisor inside the customer environment.
• Lead bite-size enablement sessions and create guides.
• Maintain a shared knowledge base with runbooks and patterns.
• Diagnose issues spanning edge, networking, and cloud pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Field Engineering, and AEs for feedback.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Ensure clear communication and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotation when needed.
