Trusted Space is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead end-to-end CV programs, from architecture to deployment. You will drive model development for detection, identification, and segmentation while guiding data curation of large optical-sensor imagery.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cutting-edge research, and collaboration with aerospace engineers and software teams in a remote setup. A strong background in ML frameworks and a US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Imaging Science, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Computer Vision.
• 4+ years of experience leading technical teams and delivering roadmaps.
• Proficient in Python or C++, plus ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Strong math, statistics, and linear algebra foundation.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of computer vision programs from design to deployment.
• Develop and maintain computer vision roadmaps; guide architecture and implementation choices.
• Lead model development for detection, identification, classification, and segmentation.
• Ingest, curate, and audit large optical-sensor imagery datasets for model training.
• Research and prototype cutting-edge vision models and approaches.
