Job summary

HelpfulRemote seeks a seasoned engineer to support a strategic enterprise customer’s computer vision deployment. You will become a trusted technical advisor and regional representative, running enablement sessions and maintaining a knowledge base while diagnosing issues across edge devices, networking, cloud pipelines, and inference performance.

Based in the United States, the role offers flexibility to work from a company hub or home office with occasional onsite visits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls).
• Strong Bash and Python scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi, industrial cameras) and full computer vision pipeline troubleshooting.
