Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Designated Support Engineers.
• Drive KPI performance and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless post-sales experience.
• Shape programs and offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
• Coordinate with customers, accounts teams, and GTM leadership to resolve blockers.
• Present internal and external Support Experience QBRs.
