Job summary

Amazon is looking for an Associate Account Executive, Enterprise, Greenfield in Seattle to accelerate pipeline growth and engage unengaged AWS accounts. As a Customer Acquisition Representative (CAR), you’ll combine strategic thinking with high-impact execution to put customers in the driver’s seat of their cloud journey.

You’ll identify whitespace opportunities using AI-powered insights and work with mentors and structured development programs to grow into full-cycle sales roles within 18–24

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Teams to understand industries, accounts and personas within territories.
• Lead top-of-funnel activity: research accounts, source contacts, and generate opportunities.
• Drive new business via outbound campaigns and qualification of leads from various channels.
• Expand services and consumption within existing customer base through planning and territory management.
