Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager for Digital Innovation to drive engagements with enterprise customers and shape the Digital Innovation program.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leaders, and partners to identify opportunities, deliver innovation engagements, and demonstrate measurable value across industries. The role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and a customer‑obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer‑facing digital innovation or equivalent consultative‑selling role.
• 3+ years of business development, consulting, product management, or IT solutions development experience.
• Education – BA or above required.

Responsibilities

• Develop line-of-business relationships with leading innovators within customer organizations.
• Work with Sales to identify and qualify customers for the Digital Innovation program.
• Facilitate workshops with customer executive groups.
• Create and manage project and program level documentation for engagements.
• Lead and coordinate translation of those solutions into working cloud prototypes, working with engineering and services teams, and partners where appropriate.
• Build value propositions/ business cases.
• Collaborate with sales teams to help qualify customers.
• Lead a digital innovation engagement.
• Effectively track and articulate the value of engagements underway, and major wins.
• Help develop and improve the Digital Innovation engagement model based on engagement experience.
• Work with the Partner team to identify, engage and enable partners who can accelerate our approach to digital innovation.
