Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or a Bachelor's with 2+ years experience or an advanced degree.
• Related experience may include Recruitment/Staffing, Tech/Dot-com, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency, B2B, Account Management, or Customer Service.
• Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of working time.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and growth across enterprise and agency books.
• Deliver measurable hiring and business outcomes via data-backed optimizations and budget stewardship.
• Facilitate C-suite discussions and translate goals into solutions and adoption plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to accelerate value and resolve challenges.
• Champion product and tracking adoption to improve attribution and insights.
• Maintain SLAs and clear communication of updates and next steps.
• Provide enterprise- and agency-ready presentations on performance and recommendations.
