Job summary

Indeed in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Manager to drive proactive engagement with large-scale clients and agencies through email, phone, and video. You’ll surface trends and opportunities across portfolios, delivering evidence-based recommendations and optimized recruitment advertising campaigns.

You’ll partner with Sales on strategic account planning, manage escalations, and collaborate with technical, product, and external teams to resolve complex issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, Tech/Dot-com, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency, B2B, Account Management, or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and growth for enterprise/agency books, mitigating churn and executing recovery strategies.
• Deliver hiring and business outcomes through data-driven optimizations and campaign performance management.
• Facilitate C-suite discussions and translate business goals into adoption plans and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, Consulting, and Partner Programs to resolve complex challenges.
• Champion product adoption and improve attribution, insights, and decision-making.
• Maintain SLA adherence and effective case hygiene; communicate updates clearly.
• Prepare enterprise-ready presentations on performance, insights, and recommendations; document outcomes.
