Job summary

Indeed is seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Engagement Manager in the United States to drive proactive, personalized engagement with enterprise clients and agencies via email, phone, and video. You will surface trends, deliver evidence-based recommendations, and maximize hires and ROI across portfolios while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partner Programs.

You will partner with sales on strategic account planning, manage escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years related experience; or Bachelor's with 2+ years; or advanced degree without experience.
• Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, Tech/Dot-com, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency, B2B, Account Management, or Customer Service.
• Demonstrates quick learning, technical aptitude, curiosity, and impact.
• Strong relationship management including churn prevention and post-sale lifecycle.
• Builds partnerships with team members, stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and growth by monitoring signals and recovery strategies.
• Deliver hiring and business outcomes via data-backed optimizations and campaign management.
• Lead executive discussions; translate goals into adoption plans and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to accelerate value and resolve challenges.
• Champion product adoption to improve attribution and insights.
• Maintain SLA adherence and clear project updates.
• Provide enterprise-ready presentations on performance and recommendations.
