Indeed is seeking a driven Enterprise Client Success professional in Burlington, VT. You will drive proactive engagement with large clients and agencies by email, phone, and video, surfacing trends and opportunities to maximize hires and ROI.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure value delivery. You will guide executive-level discussions, align product adoption with client goals, and manage complex campaigns with a focus on retention and long-term

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience
Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, Tech/HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency, B2B, Account Management, or Customer Service

Responsibilities

Own revenue retention and growth across enterprise and agency books.
Deliver measurable hiring and business outcomes through data-backed optimizations and budget stewardship.
Facilitate executive discussions; translate business goals into adoption plans and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to accelerate value and resolve challenges.
Champion product adoption and tracking to improve attribution and insights.
Maintain SLAs and clear communication of updates and next steps.
Present enterprise- and agency-ready performance insights and recommendations.
