Job summary

YuJa Inc. is seeking a proactive Account Manager (Client Success & Growth) to join our Client Success team in San Jose, California.

This role is pivotal in driving post-sales success, client retention, and revenue growth. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our SaaS solutions while identifying opportunities to expand engagement through renewals and upsells.

Qualifications

1–3 years in client/customer support or related roles.
Strong sales skills with ability to articulate value of product enhancements/upgrades.
Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with enterprise clients by delivering training and onboarding experiences for SaaS products.
Lead negotiations for contract renewals and manage changes to client contracts.
Upsell product enhancements and add-ons to expand engagements.
Provide accurate price quotations for upgrades and services.
Provide in-depth training and support to maximize value.
Monitor accounts for risks and opportunities and share insights with stakeholders.
Resolve technical issues across products to ensure a seamless client experience.
Deliver regular progress updates to clients and internal teams.
