YuJa, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Client Success & Growth) to join our Client Success team.

You will drive post-sales success, client retention, and revenue growth through upselling and renewals, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and expanding engagement with YuJa. You will build strong relationships with enterprise clients, deliver tailored training, prepare price quotes for upgrades, and monitor accounts to identify risks and opportunities while providing proactive support and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client/customer support.
• Strong sales skills and ability to communicate the value of product upgrades.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients by delivering tailored training and onboarding experiences for all SaaS products.
• Lead negotiations for contract renewal and manage changes to client agreements.
• Upsell product enhancements such as Add-ons or Widgets with relevant features.
• Prepare and provide accurate price quotations for product upgrades and additional services.
• Provide in-depth training and support to maximize client value from YuJa solutions.
• Monitor client accounts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and inform proactive support strategies.
• Resolve technical issues effectively for all products and ensure seamless client experience.
• Deliver regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
