Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Client Services to lead a high-performing team within the Sales Organization in Denver, CO. You will coach client managers, grow strategic accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service and revenue growth.

You’ll engage with executive stakeholders, mitigate risk, and drive long-term account strategies while expanding wallet share across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Leadership experience coaching and developing client management teams.
Experience managing strategic enterprise client relationships.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive decisions.
Strong commercial sense with track record of revenue growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of client management professionals.
Manage and grow strategic client and affiliate relationships.
Deepen engagement within accounts and identify revenue expansion opportunities.
Serve as the primary contact for key clients and coordinate internal resources.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks while developing long-term account strategies.
Elevate awareness and demand for Global Payments products by addressing client objectives.
