Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change for strategic transformations. You will partner with executives, drive readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes, and embed change activities into program governance.

You will develop strategies, dashboards, and communications, coach sponsors, and influence leaders to sustain improvements across the enterprise. This role reports to HR/OD and offers a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in human resources, organization development or change management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive sponsor accountability.
• Experience building and presenting change metrics and dashboards.
• Facilitation of executive workshops and readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management for strategic initiatives.
• Develop readiness criteria, adoption goals and transition requirements.
• Measure change effectiveness and report outcomes with dashboards.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with executives to drive sponsor accountability.
