Job summary

XCUTIVES INC. in the United States seeks a Managing Consultant for Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead end-to-end change programs for global transformation initiatives, focusing on adoption, readiness, and stakeholder alignment.

You will partner with executive sponsors, drive KPI-based outcomes, and apply Prosci/ADKAR methodologies across ERP, digital, and cloud projects including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and Workday.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting and Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale transformations.
• Extensive ERP, digital, and cloud transformation program leadership (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday).
• Hands-on experience with global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs as Change Partner/OCM Lead.
• Proven end-to-end OCM strategies for greenfield and brownfield ERP implementations.
• Experience with Tier-1 firms (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, EY) or comparable.
• Demonstrated career stability with progressive leadership growth.
• Focus on business process transformation, benefits realization, KPI-driven outcomes.
• Ability to articulate industry-specific transformation case studies and measurable value.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
