Qualifications

• 10+ years of change management leadership in complex organizations.
• Consulting experience required.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills to align teams toward goals.
• Ability to build trust and value-based relationships at all levels.
• Solid facilitation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PM frameworks.
• Prosci or similar certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Confident, self-aware team player with strong work ethic.
• Ability to guide project teams and drive results with group dynamics understanding.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements within their organizations.
• Create a customized change management roadmap and implement activities for each project phase.
• Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks and program health.
• Anticipate organizational changes from large-scale implementations and plan interventions.
• Ensure change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Determine metrics to measure progress and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Coordinate with other initiatives to align timelines and overlaps.
• Develop readiness and skilling content using multiple modalities.
• Utilize Project Management frameworks in various roles.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional client value.
• Contribute to internal areas such as business development, recruiting, marketing, and culture support.
• Maintain program sites as a repository for project information and deliverables.
