Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Specialist to own or support change strategies for complex enterprise programs.

You will translate objectives into actionable plans, prepare stakeholders, support adoption, and help manage risk across readiness, communications, training, go-live, and stabilization. The role partners with program managers, product owners, technology teams, and HR to integrate change work into delivery plans and ensure executive-ready plans,

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 13+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 10 years of SME in respective areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tools like MS Project or SmartSheet.
• Experience with content management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, wiki) and collaboration tools (Confluence).
• JIRA and PowerBI experience highly desirable; PMP or other project management certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end change strategy, planning, and execution for complex programs.
• Develop integrated change plans covering sponsorship, communications, training, readiness, and stabilization.
• Assess readiness, adoption risk, training needs, and support models across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with program managers, product owners, operations, technology, and HR to integrate change work into delivery plans.
• Create executive-ready change plans, sponsorship strategies, communications calendars, and training roadmaps.
