Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems Inc. is seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive adoption across complex enterprise programs.

You will translate objectives into actionable change plans that prepare stakeholders, support go‑live, and stabilize operations through measured adoption and readiness efforts. Candidates should have a BS/BA with 13+ years of experience (including 10 years in SME areas) and strong skills in communications, training, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 13+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 10 years of SME in respective areas.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project or SmartSheet; Visio; familiarity with SharePoint/Confluence/JIRA/PowerBI.
• PMP or other project management certification, desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end change strategy, planning, and execution for complex, cross-functional programs.
• Develop integrated change plans including sponsorship, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measures.
• Partner with program managers, product owners, technical teams, compliance, HR, and leadership to integrate change work into delivery plans.
• Create executive-ready change plans, sponsor action plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and dashboards.
• Identify readiness governance routines and address adoption risks, training gaps, and support model needs.
