Formación

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent; 10 years related experience; 8 years supervisory experience.
• PMP or other project management certification desired.
• Experience building enterprise change management capability, center of excellence, or change office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve the enterprise change management framework, methodology, playbooks, templates, readiness standards, and measurement model.
• Define MedImpact’s standard change approach for product/platform releases, including readiness checklists, release communications, training enablement, and go-live expectations.
• Create a practical change tiering model based on complexity, impact, risk, and go-live requirements.
• Implement a phase-gate process to assess readiness and progression between pilots, development, launch, and transition.
• Establish governance and reporting routines to monitor readiness, adoption, and outcomes.
