Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of Change Management Strategy to design, operationalize, and continuously improve the enterprise change management framework and governance.

This role creates playbooks, readiness standards, release patterns, and adoption measurement used across the organization to ensure projects deliver value on time and on budget. The candidate will partner with executives and diverse leaders to embed change planning from the start, drive change readiness

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent; plus 10 years’ related experience.
• 10 years SME in respective area(s); and 8 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the enterprise change management framework and governance.
• Define standard change approaches for product/platform releases including readiness and training.
• Create a phase-gate process for assessing readiness to move to the next phase.
• Establish enterprise change intake, impact assessment, and reporting routines.
• Develop reusable frameworks for readiness, stakeholder segmentation, sponsor engagement, and adoption metrics.
• Build an enterprise change scorecard and dashboard linking readiness to outcomes.
