Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. currently seeks a Change Management Lead (CML) to drive enterprise change initiatives across the organization. You will manage intake, discovery, governance packets, pilot oversight, and adoption handoff, coordinating with HR, IT, facilities, and safety teams.

The ideal candidate has PMP/CAPM certification, proven cross-functional project leadership, and strong communication skills to operate independently in a growing, field-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification required or strongly preferred.
• Proven project management across multiple functions and teams.
• Strong facilitation, discovery, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to operate independently with objective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake triage, discovery, and governance for change requests.
• Build CCB review packets with value, dependencies, impacts, and risks.
• Plan and execute projects from approval through sustainment.
• Own change calendar, capacity management, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee pilots and lead 30/60/90-day adoption reviews.
