EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice. This role leads people and adoption strategy for complex initiatives, combining process improvements with large-scale transformation programs across technology, data, and operating models.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years leading change management and transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years leading teams and multi-workstream projects or client engagements.
• Certifications in change management or PM preferred (Prosci, PMP, CCMP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management workstreams supporting complex outsourced services engagements, business transformations, process improvements, technology implementations, and operating model changes.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies connecting stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, organizational readiness, training, adoption, reinforcement, and benefits realization.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational impacts and required leadership actions to achieve adoption.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, readiness, and adoption-risk assessments.
• Embed change activities, milestones, resources, risks, and measures into project charters and roadmaps.
• Build stakeholder strategies across executives, service-line leaders, managers, employees, clients, and other groups.
• Translate future-state designs into practical communications, leader toolkits, and learning experiences.
• Define measurable readiness, engagement, proficiency, behavior, adoption, and sustainability outcomes.
