First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Principal Change Management Specialist to partner with the Executive Leadership Team and IMO to drive merger integration, change readiness, and adoption strategies for employees and members. You will act as a strategic advisor, leading change management in the EPMO and applying process improvement methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years in a senior leadership role for a large organization
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels and collaborate across the organization
• Strategic, end-to-end change management planning aligned to business goals
• Experience with complex programs, governance, and RAID management
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, PROSCI, and Agile approaches is desired but not required
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analytics basics

Responsabilités

• Lead merger integration efforts and drive organizational alignment
• Identify gaps from a change perspective affecting employees and members
• Engage with integration workstreams to surface insights and drive course corrections
• Build and execute a comprehensive change readiness framework
• Lead change management in the EPMO and oversee KPI dashboard implementation
• Apply data-driven approaches and build change management tools
• Prepare budgetary recommendations and manage resources effectively
• Leverage change champions to accelerate adoption
