Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions or CCaaS and customer experience tech.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Work with CX Specialists, Sales, ABM, and cross-functional teams to refine strategies.
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume outbound prospecting and handle rejection.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives with consultative messaging.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily via calls, emails, video messages, LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, ABM to run targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and understanding contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging for CX, IT, and Operations executives.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies based on results.
