Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top-of-funnel outreach for Zoom Contact Center. You will engage enterprise decision-makers, partner with Account Executives, and run targeted ABM campaigns to build pipeline.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-outbound environment and collaborate across CX, marketing, and sales to drive strategic campaigns and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions, CCaaS, or customer experience technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to engage C-level and VP executives with consultative messaging.
• Proven ability to perform high-volume outbound prospecting and handle rejection.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center using ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily including calls, emails, video messages, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, and ABM teams on targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and understand prospect contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging to engage CX, IT, and Operations executives.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on results and feedback.
