Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach for enterprise accounts. You will engage with C-level and VP-level decision-makers, working with Account Executives to build targeted campaigns that drive pipeline.

This role rewards a hunter mindset with CCaaS fluency, high-volume outreach, and collaboration with CX, ABM, and field teams to accelerate growth and visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions, CCaaS, or customer experience tech.
• Strong customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to collaborate with CX Specialists, Sales, ABM, and Geo teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts for Zoom Contact Center.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with ABM teams to run targeted account campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and needs analysis.
• Develop account-specific messaging for C-level executives.
• Maintain Salesforce records and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies.
