Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is our fastest-growing, strategically important business and this BDR role will own the top-of-funnel motion for enterprise outreach. You will engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers, partner with Account Executives, and craft targeted ABM campaigns that drive pipeline.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where CCaaS fluency and hunger for success help you advance to an Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions or CCaaS.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to coordinate with CX, Sales, ABM and geo teams.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts using targeted ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, ABM, and Geo BDRs.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and needs assessment.
• Develop account-specific messaging for CX, IT, and Operations execs.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to pipeline.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies.
