Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to drive the top-of-funnel for enterprise accounts. You will own outbound prospecting, engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers, and collaborate with Account Executives to build targeted campaigns that generate pipeline.

You’ll work with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, and ABM teams to craft account-based strategies, and you’ll track performance in Salesforce to continually optimize results.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions (CCaaS) or CX technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to work with CX Specialists, Sales, ABM teams.
• Proven track record of high-volume outbound prospecting and engaging C-levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise accounts for Zoom Contact Center and run ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video messages, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, ABM teams on targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and understand contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging to engage CIOs, CTOs, and VP CX/IT/Operations.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
