Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top-of-funnel outreach for strategic enterprise accounts. You will engage with C-level and VP-level decision-makers, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline and execute targeted campaigns.

You will bring CCaaS domain knowledge and ownership of outreach strategy, with visibility to senior sales leadership and a clear path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions or CCaaS.
• Excellent customer service and sales acumen.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with CX Specialists, Sales, ABM.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise accounts for Zoom Contact Center.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily via calls, emails, video messages, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with ABM and CX teams to run targeted account campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and needs analyses.
• Develop messaging for CX, IT, and Operations leaders.
• Maintain Salesforce records and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on results.
