Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top-of-funnel motion for Zoom Contact Center. You will engage with enterprise decision-makers, partnering with Account Executives to build targeted outreach campaigns that drive pipeline.

You'll leverage your CCaaS knowledge from day one, owning outreach strategy and gaining visibility with senior sales leadership. You will hunt, prospect, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience with CCaaS or customer experience tech is required.
Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen are necessary.
Ability to work with CX Specialists, Sales, Field Marketing, ABM, and Geo BDRs to refine sales strategies.
Proven success in high-volume outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
Experience engaging C-level and VP executives with consultative messaging.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage enterprise accounts for Zoom Contact Center using targeted lists and ABM campaigns.
Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (cold calls, emails, video messages, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, ABM to run targeted campaigns.
Identify and qualify opportunities via discovery calls and understanding contact center needs.
Develop account-specific messaging to engage C-level executives and VPs in CX, IT, and Operations.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies based on results.
