Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Staff Computer Systems Architect to own the current-state and target-state architecture for a mission-focused capability portfolio spanning Product Development, Product Support, and Manufacturing Management. The role sits in Governance & Strategy and collaborates with stakeholders to define roadmaps and modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner across engineering, manufacturing, data, security, and IT to translate standards into practical guidance

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience building roadmaps and architecture guidance across multiple solutions.
• Experience connecting target-state design to delivery planning and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own current-state and target-state architecture for mission-focused capability portfolio.
• Develop capability roadmaps spanning platforms, workflows, data exchanges, and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with business, engineering, operations, and IT to improve coherence in decisions.
• Translate enterprise standards into capability-specific architecture guidance.
• Guide solution and delivery teams toward a single coherent target state.
