Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Client Strategy Associate to join our Brand Success team, helping manage our largest enterprise and luxury brand partners. You will support Client Strategy Managers to elevate brands' experience on the platform and drive retention and expansion of partnerships.

You’ll attend external meetings, track campaign performance, synthesize data into actionable guidance, and ensure accurate account data while collaborating across associates on best practices in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in account management, project management, or client-facing roles for high-value brands.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and executives in complex orgs.
• Experience managing multiple high-touch accounts simultaneously with strong prioritization.
• Experience as an Account Coordinator, Assistant, or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to evolving brand needs; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Strategy Managers in day-to-day management of brand accounts in Enterprise and Luxury portfolios.
• Attend external meetings with brands to track needs and action items.
• Monitor creator and campaign performance; surface insights and proactive recommendations.
• Synthesize data into clear, actionable direction for brand goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and documentation.
• Support ad-hoc projects and maintain timelines.
• Collaborate with Associates to share best practices and drive efficiency.
