The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to stock, merchandising, and customer engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; excellent communication.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
