Voya Financial, Inc. in the United States seeks an Enterprise Account Executive for the Employer Sales Team to win large-market employer accounts (1,000–10,000+ employees) and expand relationships with HR, VP, and C-level executives.

You will use Salesforce, collaborate with Inside Sales, Solution Engineers, and Marketing, and travel 30–40% in the territory to drive new business and revenue growth while consistently meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software/SaaS sales and/or HR/Benefits Administration sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Deep knowledge of employee benefits and large-market/enterprise sales.
• Experience engaging and selling to HR, VP, and C-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Proactively identify, develop, and close new account opportunities within an assigned market.
• Manage the sales process through forecasting, account resource allocation, and strategy.
• Cultivate strategic relationships within existing accounts to identify additional opportunities.
• Apply deep knowledge of employee benefits to support consultative sales conversations.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close million-dollar opportunities.
