Job summary

Coderio in New York is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to hunt enterprise logos across the NYC corridor. This role emphasizes boots-on-the-ground execution, face-to-face discovery with C-level executives, and attendance at industry events to generate qualified meetings.

You’ll map buying committees using MEDDPICC, partner with Marketing for executive dinners, and own a strong pipeline focused on GenAI, tech debt, and staff augmentation.

Qualifications

• Based in Greater NYC/NJ with US work authorization.
• Ability to converse with Fortune 500 executives and technical leaders.
• Clear verbal and written communication translating tech concepts into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Commitment to meeting 12–16 qualified executive meetings per month and building a $1.5M+ quarterly pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead in-person prospecting across NYC metro targeting enterprise accounts.
• Represent Coderio at NYC tech meetups and forums to secure executive discovery meetings.
• Lead conversations around GenAI prototyping, governance, tech debt elimination, and staff augmentation.
• Partner with Marketing to drive attendance at NYC executive dinners and timely follow-ups.
• Qualify pipeline and map buying committees using MEDDPICC.
• Facilitate hand-offs to Senior Client Partners and Pre-Sales Solutions Architects before calls.
• Maintain pipeline records in CRM, owning territory activity and meeting conversion metrics.
