Job summary

We Source Talent is seeking a BDR for an AI-powered healthcare startup in New York. You will generate and manage pipeline through multi-channel outreach, calling clinical operations leaders to advance opportunities and partner with AEs to move leads through the sales cycle.

You will operate in a fast-paced early-stage environment, focusing on high-volume outreach and strategic discovery, with in-person work five days a week in New York.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, written and verbal.
• 1–2 years as a BDR/SDR in enterprise SaaS at seed to Series D startup.
• Proven high-volume outbound across multiple channels.
• Experience prospecting to C-suite executives.
• Relentlessness and competitiveness; proactive dialing after rejections.
• Clear reason for wanting to join an early-stage startup.
• Ability to work in-person in New York five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through cold outbound, and manage the inbound interest that comes in
• Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted multi-channel outreach across phone, LinkedIn and email
• Advance opportunities through strategic discovery and qualification
• Continuously expand and refine the outbound strategy — researching, testing and prioritising accounts, and curating your own lists
• Partner with AEs to move qualified leads cleanly through the sales cycle
• Act as the company's first voice to the market, representing its mission with credibility and empathy
• Exceptional communication, written and verbal. This is the one non-negotiable. You are calling clinical operations leaders who are busy, sceptical, and good at ending calls.
