Job summary

Box is seeking a BDR Manager in San Francisco to lead a high-energy team of outbound Business Development Representatives. You will mentor talent, coach multi-threaded outreach, and partner with Commercial AEs and marketing to scale pipeline for our US Enterprise market.

Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office is expected. You will drive forecasting accuracy, develop career paths, and implement AI-enabled improvements to sales processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing sales professionals.
• Proficiency with BDR tech stack (Outreach, Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator).
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS sales and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
• Develop career development plans for growth within the Box Sales organization.
• Maintain a high-performing culture through coaching and mentorship.
• Coach BDRs on multi-threaded outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with Commercial AEs, and sales/marketing on pipeline initiatives.
• Report team performance and forecast to senior leadership.
• Improve output by optimizing systems and AI-driven processes.
