Job summary

PrismaX in San Francisco, on-site, is hiring its first Business Development Manager to own and expand the enterprise pipeline. This broad BD role focuses on discovering demand, closing strategic partnerships, and feeding field feedback into our product roadmap.

You will stand up the GTM motion, define the sales process and messaging, and drive full-cycle deals with AI foundation model companies, robotics labs, and data-collection firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputed university.
• 4+ years of BD experience in Silicon Valley, preferably in AI/SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale enterprise deals.
• Bay Area presence and ability to host local events and meetups.

Responsibilities

• Build the pipeline from scratch, defining the sales funnel and GTM motion.
• Own the playbook: define sales methodology, process, and messaging.
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value partnerships with AI foundation model companies, robotics labs, and data-collection firms.
• Translate complex customer requirements into PrismaX data solutions.
• Build trust with Heads of AI and Engineering Directors to shape data strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed market feedback into roadmap.
