You will own new logo acquisition, prospect, and close opportunities while positioning EPAM as a trusted transformation partner across digital, data, cloud and AI. The role emphasizes senior stakeholder relationship development, collaboration with internal teams, and events-driven pipeline generation to expand EPAM's footprint across target

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in IT sales / business development with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
• Established network within multiple industries across the Chicago or Minneapolis market.
• Ability to engage with Director, VP and C-suite levels.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth.
• Work as an individual contributor, leveraging existing industry relationships to bring in new business and logos for EPAM.
• Propsect, process and close net new accounts.
• Build a pipeline and design a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner with senior decision-makers in client organizations.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP and C-suite).
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Generate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns and events.
