ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development in the greater Dallas area. The hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week, with office in Plano.

The candidate should have a stable career history with no more than four jobs in the past ten years and reside in the Plano/Dallas area. The role focuses on identifying potential accounts, developing entry strategies, running prospecting campaigns, and building relationships to deliver value through professional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
