Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Director of Business Development for a global company in the Dallas area (office in Plano). The firm provides engagement solutions for Fortune 1000 clients, including employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives and channel partner programs.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and a stable career history (no more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships, and work with subject matter experts to create and deliver solutions that meet the customer’s objectives.
